30 minute Cheltenham Jazz Festival mix

So, festival season will soon be upon us again. As well as Camp Bestival, The Big Chill (R.I.P) and others the Cheltenham Jazz Festival is one I always mark in the calendar well in advanceCheltenham Jazz Festival

This year I’ve decided to put in for a set at the Fringe Festival. I’ve done this very last minute. Last 90 minutes to be exact as I only found out the deadline for submissions was today a couple of hours ago!

I’ve put together a 30 minute, 10-track mix of jazzy cover versions from a latin cover of Lionel Ritchie to a steel band cover of Van Morrisson via a Colliery band version of No Diggity and reggae version of a Nirvana classic. Oh, and Stevie Wonder singing in Spanish. Eclectic!

Enjoy the mix and if you’re one of the lovely, kind hearted people running the Fringe festival please get in touch via Twitter (@MikeOverthrow) or email mike at threereasons dotco dot uk (not the safest anti-spam email system!).
